All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post for both domestic and international customers.
Unfortunately due to increased demand due to Covid-19, please be aware that both shipping charges and delivery times have increased.

Local customers may pick up their order to avoid shipping charges and wait times. This is available for Coolum/Peregian Beach/Noosa Customers only. At check out please select “Local Pickup”. Please email us at hello@yuugenkids.com.au quoting your order number to arrange a suitable time/date for pick up.
Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy
While we pride ourselves on our quality clothing and designs, unfortunately sometimes things go astray.
Therefore, we will happily offer a full refund for any Yuugen product that is faulty, not fit for purpose, or differs significantly from its description within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based solely on change of mind due to costs incurred with return shipping of products.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original clothing labels and swing tags attached (if applicable).
In the case of both a refund or exchange, please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning/exchanging the product to Yuugen Kidswear.
Domestic Returns Process (Australia)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back without first contacting Yuugen Kidswear in writing.
To initiate a return, please email returns@yuugenkids.com.au with details of the product to be returned, why you are requesting a refund, a photo of the fault (if applicable), and a screenshot of your receipt attached. Please put your order number in the email subject line to help expedite your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with allowance for payment/bank processing time (generally minimum of 3 days).

Domestic Exchange Process (Australia)
We will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase if items are unworn, unused and in the original sellable condition (all labels and swing tags attached).

If making an exchange, you will be responsible for any costs incurred for the return shipping of the item in addition to the new shipping charges for the exchanged item. In order to process your exchange, please provide us with a return prepaid self-addressed mailing satchel bag for postage of your exchanged item.
International Customers
Unfortunately we can only offer our international customers refunds for full-priced items that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or differ significantly from their description. We do not offer refunds or exchange for incorrect sizes or change of mind to our international customers. Therefore please choose carefully as our sizes are based on Australian sizing. Please be aware that international shipping fees will NOT be refunded, even if you order was applicable for free shipping.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund appears in your bank account. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Sale items may only be refunded if faulty, not fit for purpose, or differ significantly from their description. We do not accept returns for change of mind on sale items.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to Yuugen Kidswear. Generally shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty products will be replaced with shipping free of charge for domestic customers ONLY.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or registered post. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item given current circumstances with global and domestic shipping delays.
